When setting up options, you should access the Printer Setting dialog box
from Windows. You cannot access the Printer Setting dialog box from an ap-
plication.

by double-
clicking it.

Double-click the

Printers
]
icon.

In the

Installed Printers:

list box, click the name of the printer you want to
set up.

Setup

Accessories

tab. The

Options

group appears.

Select any options you have installed from the

Option

group.

to close the Printer Setting dialog box.

Installing the printer driver
Limitation

Installing a printer driver requires Full Control access permission. Members
of the Administrators, Server Operators, Print Operators, and Power Users
groups have Full Control permission by default.
