Printer Lang.
(Printer Language)
You can specify the printer language you want to use for
the print jobs. When ”Auto Sense” is specified, the printer
will automatically switch from one language to the right
one.

Menu Description
I/O Timeout You can specify the time your printer should wait before
ending a print job. If data from other ports often appears in
the middle of your print job, you should increase the time-
out value.
15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 180 seconds, 300 sec-
onds

Default: 30 seconds
Bi-direction You can specify the printer response mode for status fetch
requests when the standard parallel interface is being used.
Set this feature to “Off” when you are experiencing prob-
lems while the printer is connected to another manufactur-
er's print box.
