6 FAULT FINDING
Note:
Fuses are designed to give maximum protection in case of fault. Make sure
that voltage selector and fuses are selected for the nominal working value.
Fault description Possible problem Solution
1. The instrument does not
work even if the power
cord is correctly fitted and
the mains switch is in the
correct position.
- faulty protection fuse
- faulty power cable
- faulty power switch
-Replace the fuse

2. When the instrument is
turned on the fuse blows
- short circuit on power supply card

3. The heating and cooling
function of the dry well is
