Control Power from the Outlet Selection Menu
AconnectedPowerStripistreatedasatiereddevice.ThePowerStrip,
therefore,hasitsowndevicemenuconsistingof“ports”foreachpower
outletwithwhichpowercanbecontrolledonaper‐outletbasis.
• NavigatetheParagonIIOSUISelectionMenu,selecttheRaritan
PowerStripandpressEnter.Youwillno
wbeatthe“Outlet
Selection”menu.
• Alistofoutlets(upto8perpage)willappear.Outletsingreenare
switchedON;outletsinblackareswitchedOFF.
• PressX,O,orRtoturnoff,turnon,orrecyclepowertotheoutlet
respectively.Typeyestoco
nfirmturningoffthepowerifyouselect
XorR.
Get Power Strip Unit Status from the Outlet Selection Menu
Atanytimewhilenavigatingthe“OutletSelection”Menu,pressingF11
willprovideastatusscreenshowingcertainparametersoftheconnected
powerstrip.Theseparametersvarydependingonthemodelofthepower
strip,andtheymayinclude:
• Averagepower
• TrueRMSCurrent
• TrueRMSVoltage
• InternalTem
perature
• ApparentPower
• MaximumDetected
• OutletCircuitBreaker
Note:Unlikesecond‐tierchannelports,thepoweroutlet“channelports”
willnotappearinthelistofchannelswhentheOSUIissortedbythe
channelname.
