Sets the cable type for the network physical link.
A DTE cable is used when you are attaching the router to some type of
DCE device (for example, a modem or a DSU/CSU). A DCE cable is used
when the router is acting as the DCE and providing the clocking for direct
attachment.
The available options are:

cir-defaults
Sets the default values for the circuit congestion parameters. The
parameters are:
cir Sets the default value of
cir
to the value provided by a Frame Relay
network provider.
Valid Values: 0 or 300 to 204 800 bps
Default Value: 64 000
bc Sets the default value of
bc
to the value provided by a Frame Relay
network provider.
