13. Remove the screw from the green ground
wire eyelet and remove the wires from the
clips in the tub.
15. At the front of the washer, remove the six
T-20 hex-head torx screws (total) from the
top front brace and remove the brace from
the washer.

14. Remove wire ties at the front of the tub, by
pulling the wire ties out of the standoffs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you remove the
bottom front counterweight in the following
step, be sure to support it with one hand while
you remove the screws with the other hand;
otherwise, the weight will fall, and could cause
an injury or damage the floor covering.
16. While supporting the bottom front counter-
weight with one hand, remove the three
1/2 inch hex-head bolts with the other
hand, and remove the weight.
17. Remove the three 1/2 inch hex-head bolts
from the top front counterweight, and re-
move the weight.
