Connect External Headset
The VX5 provides an external headset connection via an audio jack connector marked “Audio”.
The audio jack accepts a headset with a 2.5mm plug, such as a mono telephone headset with
microphone.

1. Insert the speaker or headphone plug into the audio connector; making sure the plug is
firmly seated in the audio jack.
2. Replace the plug when the speaker or headset is removed from the audio jack.
3. Use a strain relief clamp to secure the cable.
