Purpose Specifies a language overlay that prints the characters shown in
Table 20 when the specified code is invoked. Table 37 on page
156 provides information on print mode support for each
character set.

shown in Table 38 below. Epson only defines character sets
through hex C.

Comment This control code setting overrides a character set selection
made at the operator panel.
Example The following example illustrates international character
selection using the IBM PC character set.
