Consumers have the expectaon that this washer will act and sound like their previous ma-
chine. Because the installer is the last touch point with the consumer before they use their
washer, it is important for the installer to educate consumers to ensure complete sasfacon
with the new Whirlpool, and Maytag top load washers.
Soluon:
If the consumer is available, take a few minutes to familiarize the customer with the Use and
Care Guide and discuss the features of the washer with them. This will aid in seng their
expectaons, and eliminang service calls in the future on properly working products.
