The following fault messages appear in the display at the end of

Problem Cause and remedy
Check filter + jets
The pumps are dirty.
Cle
an the pumps as described in "Problem solving
guide - Opening the door in the event of a blocked
drain outlet and/or power failure"

tart the programme again after cleaning the
pumps.
The jet in the top of the door ring is blocked with fluff.
Remove the fluff with your fing
er. Do not use any
sharp or pointed tools to do this.

tart the programme again after cleaning the jet.
If the fault message appears again, contact the Serv‐
ice Depar
tment. The washing machine can still be
used but with reduced functionality.
Align the washing
machine
The smoothing process which the laundry undergoes
at
the end of the programme could not be carried out
properly.
Check whether the washing machine is aligned
corr
ectly as described in "Installation and connec‐
tion - Levelling the machine".
Check whether the maximum delivery height of
1 m has been exceeded.
If the fault message appears again, contact the Serv‐
ice Depar
tment. The washing machine can still be
used but with reduced functionality.
The messages will appear at the end of the programme and when the washing
machi
ne is switched on and need to be confirmed with the
OK
sensor.
