I have a Miele W373 that I bought in Netherlands and it's a great machine but it seems to easily go out of balance when there's a washload in. When I run it empty it's fine. I have already checked the 'shock absorbers' and they're OK but could the spring supports be too loose or springs too weak? Any ideas?
