4. Steam Damper Air System Connections
The ADS-410 is manufactured with a pneumatic (piston) damper system which requires an external supply
of compressed air. The connection is made at the left hand side on top of the dryer.

Air connection to system --- 1/8” N.P.T.
c. No air regulation is provided with a standard AD-410 dryer. External regulation of 80 PSI (5.51 bars)
must be provided. It is suggested that a filter/regulator assembly (with gauge) be added to the compressed
air line just before the dryer connection. This is necessary to insure that correct and clean air pressure is
achieved. The filter/regulator assembly (with gauge) is provided on dryers with the AUTOMATIC
DOOR OPTION or THE SPRINKLER CIRCUIT OPTION.

Minimum Supply 70 PSI 4.82 bars
