4. PARAMETERS
4.3.5 Initializing the internal memory
To restore the factory-set parameters, or when an error occurred in a parameter, it is
necessary to initialize the internal memory. This restores factory-set initial values. Refer to
sections 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 for the initial parameter settings.
IMPORTANT
When initializing the internal memory, be aware that the data (preset data, scale
reference point data, bolt-hole circle data) in the KA counter memory is also initialized
(initial value 0).
Initializing the internal memory
Step 1 Turn the main power switch (rear panel) on while pressing the Load key, and
active the parameter setting mode.
If the parameter setting mode is already activated, this step can be omitted.
Step 2 Set Parameter 0 (Internal memory initialization).
Step 3 Specify the X-axis and set the data to 0. “ALL Clr” will be displayed and the
internal memory initialization is complete.
Step 4 Press the Cancel key to exit from the parameter setting mode.
