Data Port
A connector marked “Data Port” is provided on the left-hand side of the digital telephone sets. It is
designed to allow modems to be connected in parallel with the phones. Although you can connect

possible to transfer calls from a phone connected to the dataport.

digital telephone set.
When a call is made from a device connected to the data port the number dialed and the status of the call is
indicated on the systemphone.
