Note: With ISDN if the Caller Number field is provided then it can be displayed regardless of the
presentation flag. TR-11087 provides this information.
TELESECRETARY SERVICE
A new programming option 'Telesecretary Service' is provided in the extension programming menu and is
programmed as follows:
• From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
• Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
• Select “System Programming”.
• Enter the System Programming Password and select “Extension”.
• Press the Scroll Down key () until “Telesecretary Service'” is displayed.
• Select “Telesecretary Service'” option.
• When Telesecretary is selected the option to turn it on and off is presented.
• Select the 'Telesecretary On' option.
When Telesecretary is set on the display states ‘Call for xxxxxx’ where xxxx is the received DID / DNIS
number. If the called number has an associated name in the DID/DNIS table, the name is displayed instead
of the number.
Note: This feature does not apply to analog caller ID phones. These phones will be presented with the
caller ID information only.
