The inquiry function lets you check the telephone numbers to contact for repairs,
or ordering consumables such as print cartridge. Be sure to contact your service
engineer to verify the following:
❖ Supplies
• Telephone No. to order
• Print cartridge
•TX Stamp Name
❖ Machine Maintenance/Repair
• Telephone No.
• Serial No. of Machine
❖ Sales Representative
• Telephone No.
A Select [Enquiry] using {U} or {T}, and then press the {OK} key.
Inquiry information appears.
B Select the item you want to inquire using {U} or {T} key to and then press
the {OK} key.
C To print the inquiry list, select [Print Enquiry List] using {U} or {T}, and then
press the {OK} key.
