Configuring the maintenance protocol
To configure the maintenance protocol:
1. On the Main Menu, select Configure WAN, and then type
the slot number of the WAN interface that you want to
configure.
The WAN Configuration Menu displays.
2. Select Configure FR Options.
The Frame Relay Options submenu displays.

3. Select Configure Maintenance Protocol.

4. Type the number that corresponds to the protocol on your
network, and then press ENTER.
You must restart the PARTNER ACS 1600 DSL module
for any changes to take effect. For more information on
restarting the PARTNER ACS 1600 DSL module, see the
“Getting started” chapter.
