Can not open the lid
• If there is outage and shutdown during the operation, the washing

lid is still locked. When power supply is switched on again, the

Case Cause
When Failure Happens (continued)
• Except the failures metioned above, the lid lock protector may cause cases such as stop during operation or lid
unable to be opened. In such case, please unplug the power supply unit. Plug it back after 5 minutes, and then
reset operation.
AJ-S70KXP / AJ-S65KXP
• If all indicators turn off during operation but only the water drainage pump remains in operation, this is the
auto operation of protection circuit in washing machine. This is not an error.
After water drainage pump stops, please reconnect the power supply and reassign the setting.
