11. If the Users dialog box appears, prompting you
to select a user, then select the appropriate user
name. This will be the name of the person using
the PDA. Click on
OK.
12. Once the HotSync
®
process is complete, the PC
screen may display the HotSync
®
Problem
window. Click on OK.
13. Tap the Reset button, located on the Palm
™
handheld screen.
14. The HotSync
®
process is complete. Close any
remaining open windows on the PC, including
the PDA Synchronization window. Do this by
clicking on the
Exit button.
15. On the Palm
™
handheld, tap on the Home icon to
return to the main screen.
