Programme locking
Programme locking prevents the
machine from being opened or the
programme cancelled or the
temperature or spin speed being
altered during a wash programme.
To activate programme locking

Once the programme has started,
press the
Start/Stop
button for at
least 4 seconds until the
Locked
CHECK light to the left of the display
comes on.
Programme locking is now activated.
The machine will now not accept any
changes and the programme will
proceed through to the end.
Programme locking is deactivated
automatically at the end of the
programme.
To deactivate programme locking

Once the programme has started,
press the
Start/Stop
button for at
least 4 seconds until the
Locked
CHECK light to the left of the display
goes out.
System lock
The system lock prevents your
machine being used without your
knowledge.
When the system lock has been
activated:
–
the drum door cannot be opened
with the
Door
button and
–
a programme cannot be started.
To activate the system lock
Before you begin, first ensure that:
– The washing machine is switched off.
– The drum door is closed
A Press the
Water plus
and
TEMPERATURE buttons at the same
time and hold them pressed in until
you reach step D below.
B Switch the machine on with the
I-On/0-Off
button.
C Press the
Intensive/Pre-wash/Soak
button three times.
D Then release the
Water plus
and
TEMPERATURE buttons.
The
Locked
CHECK light will flash.
E Switch the washing machine off.
To deactivate the system lock
Repeat steps A to D. The
locked
indicator light will go out.
