Washing not well spun.
Residual water still vis-
ible in the drum.
The fault code E20 ap-
pears. The Á (RINSE)
display flashes.
Drainage hose bent. Remove the bend.
Maximum pump head (dis-
charge height 1 m from the
unit's floor) is exceeded.
Contact your customer serv-
ice. For pumping heights
over lm he can offer you a
conversion kit as a special
accessory.
Solution pump blocked.
Switch off the unit and pull
out the mains plug. Clean
the solution pump.
If a siphon is connected: Si-
phon blocked.
Clean the siphon.
The filling door cannot
be opened when the
unit is switched on.
The filling door is locked due
to a high water level or a
high temperature. The
K
(DOOR) display is off.
Wait until the
K
(DOOR) dis-
play lights up green.
If it is still necessary to open
the filling door:
turn the program selector to
I (OFF) turn the program
selector to C (PUMP OUT).
Press the O/s (START/
PAUSE) button.
After the water has been
pumped out, the filling door
can be opened.
Power failure!
(All displays have gone off).
For safety reasons the door
remains locked for 4 to
10 minutes.
If water can be seen through
the window in the door, first
carry out emergency empty-
ing (see section “Carrying out
Emergency Emptying Opera-
tion").
After approx. 4 to 10 minutes
the door can be opened
again by pulling the handle.
Remnants of detergent
are building up in the
detergent drawer.
Water valve not fully opened. Open the water valve fully.
Filter in the screw connec-
tion of the intake hose on
the water valve or on the
unit is blocked.
Close the water valve. Un-
screw the intake hose from
the water tap and from the
unit. Clean the filter.
