Power Management
The Power Management Options are described in the table below.
Option Description
pdus
Allows an authorized user to reboot, restore factorydefault settingsor to rename
PDU(s). Also allowsthe authorized user to view information about each PDU, monitor
sensors, clear sensor values,set up syslogging of eventsrelated tothe PDU, configure
an alarm and the LED displaymode, and to manage outletson the PDU.
outlet_groups
Listsallconfigured outletgroupsthat the current user isauthorized tomanage (to man-
age outletgroups,the user mustbe in a user group that isauthorized to manage allthe
outletsinthe outlet group). Anadministrator can configure outlet groups.

To rename a PDU:
1. Log onto the CLI as an administrator and enter cd power_management/pdus to navigate
to the pdus level.
--:- / cli-> cd power_management/pdus
2. Type rename and press Tab Tab to expand the parameters.
--:- pdus cli-> rename <PDU_ID> <Tab><Tab>
