1 Choose Print from the File menu.
2 Choose the
Finishing Options properties category.

3 To enable stapling, select the appropriate stapling positions
from the Stapling drop-down list.

When the finishing unit is not installed, the stapling values
are dimmed (grayed-out). If the single-position stapler is
installed, only the “Upper Left (Portrait)” option is available.
4 To enable hole-punch, select
On from the HolePunch drop-
down list.
5Click
Save Settings to continue setting print options or click
Print to begin printing.
