Message Cause Solution
The media jam occurs. Remove the media and reset it.
The media width has not been
detected correctly.
Check the media set position. ( P.2-

Turn off the main power to the
machine and turn it on after a while.
If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to
call for service.

Perform “DAMPER ( P.5-6) ” of the
maintenance. Also check the remain-
ing amount of ink in the Eco-cartridge.

local distributor to call for service.
