Typical installations exhaust from the
rear of the dryer.
Avoid pushing the dryer tightly against
a wall. This can crush or kink the vent.
Use the straightest path you can, where
possible. Avoid 90 ° turns.

Maximum Exhaust Lengths:
• The maximum length of the rear
exhaust system depends on the
type of vent, the number of elbows,
and the type of exhaust hood. Refer
to the chart below.
NOTE: If a combination of rigid metal
vent and flexible metal vent is used,
use instructions for flexible metal vent.
