Status Indicators
The estimated total cycle time will be displayed when the
cycle is selected. The time may increase if water pressure is
low, oversudsing occurs or the load becomes unbalanced.
The estimated remaining cycle time is displayed during the
cycle. The following indicators may be lighted during the
cycle:
Add a Garment
Wash
Rinse
Spin
Door Locked
Various other codes in the LED may alert you to
operating conditions that you can correct yourself
before calling service. See “Avoid Service Checklist”
for detail concerning these alert codes.
Reversible Door
Your washer is equipped with a reversible door. The door
can be hinged on the right or left side.
NOTE
For step-by-step instructions on DOOR REVERSAL, refer
to the
Installation Instructions
supplied with this washer.
Install Cycle
Run the Install Cycle before operating the washer the rst
time. Remove all items from the washer drum, enter Install
Cycle mode and press START. For more information on
performing the washer Install Cycle, refer to the Installa-
tion Instructions accompanying this washer.
After running the
Install Cycle
, if the washer has been
correctly installed,
(“Install Pass”)
will be
displayed and the washer is ready to use.
If the washer was not installed properly,
(“No Water”),
(“Flip Hoses” - Reverse Hot
and Cold Water Supply), or
(“Call Service”
- 1-800-4-MY-HOME) will be displayed to indicate the
installation error.
The errors may result from the following conditions:
- Water inlet hoses have not been
attached to water supply or water supply valves have
not been turned on. Install hoses correctly and turn on
water supply valves.
- The hot inlet hose may have been
connected to the cold water supply and the cold inlet
hose may have been connected to the hot water supply.
Check hoses for correct supply connection. If incorrect,
shut o water, disconnect hoses and connect to correct
inlets according to Installation Instructions.
- Error can only be corrected by calling
a quali ed technician (1-800-4-MY-HOME).
Repeat the Install Cycle when corrections are completed.
