The drain pump runs
constantly - even when
the appliance is
switched off.
The Aqua Control anti-flood
system has been activated.
Close the water tap, remove
the mains plug and inform
your local Service Force Cen-
tre.
Fabric softener was not
rinsed in, compart-
ment æ for condition-
ers is filled with water.
The insert in the comparti-
ment for conditioners is not
correctly attached or is
blokked.
Clean the detergent dis-
penser drawer and attach the
conditioner insert correctly.
Washing is heavily
creased.
Probably too much washing
has been put in drum.
Pay attention to the maxi-
mum load quantity (see pro-
gramme tables). In the case
of easy-care fabrics select
the EASY IRON programme.
The washing is not suf-
ficiently spun. Water is
left in the drum.
Error code
(2 appears.
Drain hose is kinked. Remove the kink.
Maximum pump height
(emptying height 1m from
base surface of the appli-
ance) is exceeded.
Contact your local Service
Force Centre. For pumping
heights over 1 m a conver-
sion kit is available as a spe-
cial accessory.
Drain pump is blocked.
Switch off appliance and pull
out the mains plug. Clean
the drain pump.
At the siphon connection: Si-
phon is blocked.
Clean siphon.
The door cannot be
opened when appliance
is switched on.
The door is locked for safety
reasons (DOOR/LIGHT display
is OFF).
Wait until the DOOR/LIGHT
display lights up green.
The programme security
function is On.
Cancel programme security
(see section „Programme
protection“).
Remnants of detergent
are building up in the
detergent drawer.
Water tap is not fully
opened.
Open water tap fully.
The inlet hose filter in the
coupling of the inlet hose at
the tap is blocked.
Close the water tap. Unscrew
the inlet pipe from water tap
and from the appliance and
clean the filter.
