Cleaning the strainers on the
washing machine
q Disconnect the hose from the
back of the washing machine.
q Pull out the strainer and rinse
under running water.
q Insert the strainer and
reconnect the hose.
q Turn on the water tap and
check whether water is still
discharged. If water is leaking,
check that the filter is correctly
seated.
q Turn off the tap.
Descaling the washing
machine
Provided that you use the correct
amount of detergent, it is not
necessary to descale the washing
machine.
Rust spots caused by metal parts
left on the inside of the drum can be
removed by using descaler.
If, however, descaling the appliance
becomes necessary, please follow
the instructions provided by the
descaling agent manufacturer.
