Door Component Replacement and Removal
a. Manual Door Replacement or Removal
1) Discontinue electrical power to the
dryer.
2) Remove the two (2) 1/4-20 x 1/2” bolts
from each side of the middle guard and
then remove the guard.
3) Loosen the jam nut and screw down
the trolley adjustment bolts.
4) Lift the door(s) off of the track(s) and
remove.
5) To install new manual door(s) or to reinstall manual door(s), reverse above procedure (Step #3 thru
Step #1).
