d. Tighten the clamps on the hose
connector at the shell recirculation
adapter plate. Ensure that the upper
recirculation pipe is tight and fully
secured.
e. Align the lower recirculation pipe to the
upper recirculation pipe and the pump
outlet. Ensure that the water
recirculation platform can be positioned
so that the flex hose from the left drain
to the canister/filer bends comfortably.
If the flex hose appears to be crimped
or stretched excessively, flip the lower
recirculation pipe around and reposition
the water recirculation platform until
the flex hose bends comfortably.
f. Slide one 1 1/2-inch black connector
(with clamp grooves), included in the
kit, onto the upper recirculation pipe
side of the lower recirculation pipe.
g. Assemble the other 1 1/2-inch black
connector (with clamp grooves),
included in the kit, to the pump outlet.
h. Position the lower recirculation pipe
between the upper recirculation pipe
and the pump outlet. Verify alignment.
Secure the lower recirculation pipe to
the pump outlet by tightening the
clamps on the 1 1/2-inch black
connector.
i. Slide the other 1 1/2-inch connector
between the upper and lower
recirculation pipes. Tighten the
connector clamps.
j. Verify that all pipe connections are tight
and fully secure.
Verify operation with Control Function test,
which follows this section in the manual.
