The washing machine
vibrates during opera-
tion or wobbles.
The transport packaging has
not been removed.
Remove transport packaging
according to the installation
and connection instructions.
The height-adjustable screw
feet are not correctly set.
Adjust the feet according to
the instructions for installa-
tion and connection.
There is very little washing in
the drum (e.g. only one
dressing gown).
This does not impair the
function.
The water could not be com-
pletely pumped out before
spinning because
the drain hose is bent or
the drain pump is blocked.
Check along the drain hose
and remove any kinks
present, or clean the drain
pump and, if necessary, re-
move foreign bodies from
the pump housing.
Water runs out under
the washing machine.
The screw connection on the
inlet hose is leaky.
Tighten the inlet hose screw
connection.
The drain hose leaks.
Check the drain hose and re-
place it if necessary.
The drain pump cover is not
correctly closed.
Close cover correctly.
Washing is stuck in the door.
Interrupt the programme
and remove washing from
the door. Start the pro-
gramme again.
Emergency drain hose is not
correctly sealed or is leaking.
Seal the emergency drain
hose correctly (see section
“Carrying out an Emergency
Emptying Operation“). If the
emergency drain hose leaks
contact customer service.
The washing machine
does not spin; there is
water in the drum.
RINSE HOLD has been se-
lected.
Cancel RINSE HOLD.
Soaking programme has fin-
ished.
Release SOAKING button
(main wash programme will
follow).
