Softener has not been
flushed into machine;
drawer æ for care
agent is filled with wa-
ter.
The softener insert has not
been correctly positioned in-
side the care agent compart-
ment or is blocked.
Wash the washing powder
drawer and position the sof-
tener insert firmly.
Washing is heavily
creased.
Probably too much washing
was packed into the drum.
Follow instructions for the
maximum filling quantity
(see Programme Tables).
The washing has not
been spun as dry as
usual.
The washing was not able to
be distributed evenly in the
drum prior to spinning.
Always load the drum as ful
as possible with a combina-
tion of large and small items.
Washing has not been
spun properly. Residual
water is still visible in
the drum.
The drain hose is bent. Remove the bend.
Maximum pump head (outlet
head 1m from unit's floor
surface) exceeded.
Contact customer service; a
retrofit kit is available as a
special accessory for pump
heads over 1m.
Drain pump is blocked.
Switch off the unit and pull
out the mains plug. Clean
the drain pump.
Where a siphon is connected:
siphon is blocked.
Clean the siphon.
Detergent deposits
form in the washing
powder drawer.
Water valve is not fully
opened.
Open the water valve fully.
Filter in the screw connec-
tion of the inlet hose on the
water valve or on the unit is
blocked.
Close the water valve. Un-
screw the inlet hose from the
water tap and from the unit.
Clean the filter.
The rinsing water is
murky.
The cause is probably a
washing powder/liquid with
a high silicate content.
No negative influence on the
rinse results; perhaps use liq-
uid washing agent.
Door cannot be
opened.
Door is locked for safety rea-
sons.
Wait for 1 or 2 minutes after
the end of the programme.
