My Washer/Dryer stops during the drying program. It may occur at any moment of the cycle (a few minutes after start or when a few minutes are remaining). It does't depend on the drying mode (whatever it is : automatic or time set). Sometimes a message is displayed, suggesting to clean the filter : of course it has been done again and again. NO ERROR CODE DISPLAYED !!!! And Of course, the water tap is open and so on... I bought this washing machine 2,5 years ago and you can trust me : it was very expensive then. Now I can use it only for washing ! What to do now with that marvelous heating pump, gem of the technology? Dismount it and try to use it as a heating device in my bathroom? More seriously, I want to try Something : is there any way to have access to a log book in the device, in order to check what happens actually when it stops (because no particular code is returned).
