1. 0262: starts INSTEON direct string
2. 11217F: INSTEON I.D. of responder device
(11.21.7F)
3. 11: corresponds to INSTEON On command
4. 7F: will turn on device at 50% brightness on-
level
Note that even if you are sending an Off command, you must still enter an on-level code (even though
it will not be used) to keep the direct string the same length.
