Solution 1: Install the print head and cartridges
Solution: Make sure that you follow the instructions in the Setup Guide for installing
the print head and the ink cartridges.
If you installed the print head and ink cartridges and the message still appears,
remove and reinsert them using the following procedure.
To reinstall the print head
1. Make sure that the product is turned on.
2. Open the ink cartridge access door by lifting from the front right of the product,
until the door locks into place.
3. The print carriage moves to the middle of the product.
