Playing as a Coach
The Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl in 2010 and then went
15-1 in the 2011 regular season. Clearly this is a team capable of going
all the way and it begins with Aaron Rodgers making plays at QB.
He’s developed into one of the elite QB’s in the NFL which gives the
Packers a chance to win each and every week. A solid complement
of WR’s, lead by Greg Jennings, and a Vertical Threat TE in Jermichael
Finley gives Rodgers a slew of weapons.
The Packers defense struggled in 2011, despite having serviceable
personnel. The drafting of Nick Perry should provide another pass
rushing threat besides Clay Matthews. Green Bay has a solid group
of corners but the safeties need to improve. If the Packers defense
takes a step forward this season, they will be awfully hard to beat.
