Drilling template

Place the template on the lower edge
of the rear of the door panel.
There are four short parallel marks in all
four corners of the template.

Align the template using these marks
as your guide.
Example:
On a 594 mm wide panel the 2nd
marking from the centre must line up
with the left and right hand outer edge
of the door panel.

Fix the template in position using
adhesive tape.
Fixing the panel in position
The appliance door is right hand
hinged and is not convertible. The
holes marked 1,2,4,5,6,7,8 and 9 on the
template are required for fixing the
panel in position.
^
Drill fixing holes for the inner door
panel to the specified depth.
On chipboard fronts: inject silicone
sealant (supplied) into the
(= Ø10 mm) free holes.
^ Unscrew the lower screw on the
upper hinge on both the left and right
hand sides of the door (see
illustration).
^ Using the screws provided, screw the
front panel through drill holes 1 and 2
on the inner door panel (see
template) - do not overtighten!
^
Align the front panel.
Tighten the screws.
Drill any further required holes through
the holes in the inner door panel.
Secure the front panel with the
remaining screws and hinge screws
provided.
