WHITE
• Select this programme for machine washable white cotton, linen, towels and sheets.
• The water temperature defaults to 95°C.
• A lower temperature can not be selected.
ECO WHITE
• Select this programme for machine washable white cotton, linen, towels and sheets.
• The water temperature defaults to 60°C.
• 40°C may be selected if so desired.
SYNTHETIC
• Select this programme for Polyamide, Acrylic and Polyester fabrics.
• The water temperature defaults to 40°C.
• 95°C and a 1200 r/min spin speed can not be selected.

PROGRAMME SELECTION
• Press the POWER ON / OFF button. The display will show ‘--- ‘
• Turn the PROGRAMME SELECTOR knob and set it to the required programme on the dial.
WHITE, ECO WHITE, SYNTHETIC, HEAVY STAIN,WOOL,COTTON, DELICATE, BLAN-
KET, RAPID, MEMORY, or DRUM CLEANING.
• If no programme is selected, the machine will automatically default to the COTTON programme
and complete a Main wash at 40°C, 3 rinses and an 800 r/min spin.
• Should you wish to change any of the programme parameters you may do so by pressing the op-
tion buttons. WASH, RINSE, SPIN , TIME DELAY, and TEMP
• Note that the machine will not allow you to select options that are not compatible with the
selected programme. For example you can not wash wool at 95°C nor spin it at 1200 r/min.
CHANGING A PROGRAMME
• Press the START / PAUSE button.
• Make the required changes to the programme.
• Press the START / PAUSE button once more.
STARTING THE MACHINE
• Press the START / STOP button.
• The machine will sense the amount of laundry, lock the door , fill with the correct amount of wa-
ter, heat the water to the required temperature, dispense detergent and softener at the appropriate
moments, rinse the required number of times, drain and spin at the selected speed. All the while,
the ‘time remaining’ will be displayed.
• At the end of the cycle the machine stops automatically..
UNLOADING THE MACHINE
• Press the ON / OFF button and close the tap.
• Wait for the automatic door lock to disengage. (Approx. 2 minutes)
• Open the door and remove the wash load.
• Gently rotate the drum by hand to check if all the laundry has been removed
• Leave the door slightly ajar to assist with drying and to prevent unpleasant odours from forming.
