Control panel Kombomaid 1100 - only
The Defy Kombomaid is a combination Washer / Dryer.
Essentially it has all the features and operating sequences of the Defy Maximaid 1100 plus the addi-
tional benefits of being able to dry the wash-load automatically at the end of the wash cycle or of be-
ing operated solely as a dryer.
NOTE: THE MAXIMUM DRYING LOAD IS 6 kg.
On the Kombomaid, button No. 9 functions as a dryer selection button.
When button No. 9 is pressed together with button No. 8, the safety lock is activated.
DRY
8 DRY SELECTION
• You can not select DRY with Wool, Delicate, or Blanket programmes
• Press this button repeatedly to select the drying temperature you may require. Illuminated
windows on the display panel will confirm your selection.
• Cupboard >Very>Time (30min, 1 hour, 1 hour 30 min)>OFF>Low Temp>Iron>Cupboard .
1. Cupboard dry = Clothing may be hung or packed away.
2. Very dry = Clothing may be worn immediately after drying..
3. Time= Three time options are selectable..
4. OFF = No Heat.
5. Low Temp = For delicate garments.
6. Iron Dry = Ready for ironing.
• The Machine will automatically dry the wash load after the final spin of the wash cycle.
DRYING ONLY
• Do not add detergent or softener.
• The cold water tap should be open. The machine uses cold water for condensation purposes.
• Load the damp washing into the machine.
• Press the Power On button.
• Select the required drying mode.
• Press the Start Pause button.
• After drying is complete, the machine will conduct a 30 minute cooling and anti creasing cycle
during which time

will sequentially be displayed.
• Wait for the door lock to disengage and remove the dry load.
