If you experience
Possible Causes
Solution
Door not closed completely.
Make sure the washer door is closed completely.
Press and hold the START/PAUSE button 2-5 seconds.
Household fuse is blown or circuit
breaker has tripped.
Check that the household fuse is intact and tight, or that the
circuit breaker has not tripped. Replace the fuse or reset the
circuit breaker. If the problem continues, call an electrician.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Washer will not run
START/PAUSE button not pressed

Incorrect power supply.
This washer requires a 120-volt power supply.
Check with a qualied electrician.
Wrong type of fuse.
Use a time-delay fuse.
Fill hoses not attached tightly.
Tighten ll-hose connections.
Make sure all 4 ll hose washers are installed correctly.
Drain hose connection not correct.
Properly secure drain hose to drainpipe or laundry tub. Refer to
the Installation Instructions for additional information.
Check household plumbing for leaks
or clogged sink or drain.
Water can backup out of a clogged sink or drainpipe. Check all
household plumbing for leaks (laundry tubs, drain pipe, water
pipes, and faucets.)
Fill hose washers missing.

packet
Packet not dissolving. Make sure single-dose laundry packet is added to washer drum
before adding clothes. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
