D Select a programme
^
Turn the programme selector to the
required programme.
Tip: You can alter the residual moisture
or programme selection individually for
some programmes (see "Programmable
functions").
E Start the programme
^ Press the Start button.
The indicator light for the Start button
will then change from flashing to being
on constantly.
The drying cycle begins.
Before the end of a programme
There is a cooling down phase at the
end of the drying sequence (the Cool
air indicator light will come on). The
programme will not finish until the
cooling down phase has been
completed.
There is no cooling down phase at the
end of the Woollens handcare
programme.
F Remove the laundry at the end of
the programme
The Finish/Anti-crease indicator light
will come on.
After the programme has finished, the
drum will continue to rotate at intervals
in a special rhythm depending on the
programme selected to prevent laundry
creasing, if you do not wish to remove it
immediately. There is no anti-crease
phase on the Woollens handcare
programme. The duration of the
anti-crease phase can be altered; see
"Programmable functions".
During the anti-crease phase... . .
. . . (depending on the programme
selected) the indicator light for the
drying stage reached will also light up.
. . . the buzzer will sound at intervals.
^ Press the Door button.
^ Open the door.
^ Remove the laundry.
Check that all items have been
removed from the drum. If items are
left in the dryer, they could be
damaged by overdrying when the
dryer is next used.
^
Press the jk button to switch the
dryer off.
^
Clean the fluff filters.
^
Close the door.
^
Empty the condensed water
container (unless the dryer has been
connected for external drainage).
^
The condenser unit should be
checked and cleaned on a regular
basis (see "Cleaning and care").
