The condenser unit

not shut.
The inner cover of the
condenser unit has not
been locked properly
and/or the condenser unit
has not been positioned

Ensure that the condenser
unit is positioned correctly
and lock the cover.

Check the rubber seals.
Water leaks from the
machine after the
condenser unit has
been cleaned.
Fluff has collected at the
bottom of the condenser
unit housing.

Use a cloth to remove any
fluff from the inside of the
condenser unit housing.
The interior drum
lighting does not
come on.
The lighting switched off
automatically.
The lighting only comes on
when the door is opened if
the dryer is switched on. To
save energy the lighting
goes out after a while if the
door is left open.
The lamp needs changing. Change the lamp as
described at the end of this
section.
The ring around the
programme selector
does not light up.
It lights up when drying is
in progress and goes out
shortly after the end of the
programme to save
energy.
– The ring will light up again
if you press any of the
buttons.
