OPERATION
Setting the temperature
• Connectthepowerplug(13) to a suitable wall outlet. The operation indicator (11)
lights up and stays on.
• Setthetemperaturecontrol(5) to the desired temperature setting.
• Placetheirononitsheel(10) on a level surface (ill.

). Allow it to heat up.
• Sortthegarmentstobeironed( Preparing garments to be ironed).
• Theironisreadyforuse.
Steam ironing
CAUTION! Alwaysllthewaterreservoir(12) with water before connecting the power
plug (13) to a suitable wall outlet.
• Filltheironwithwater(
Filling the iron with water).
• Sortthegarmentstobeironed(
Preparing garments to be ironed).
• Connectthepowerplug(13) to a suitable wall outlet.
• Setthetemperaturecontrol(5) to the highest temperature linen-cotton .
• Slidethefunctioncontrol(4) to the steam ironing position (ill.

• Placetheirononitsheel(10) (ill.

) and let it heat up completely.
• Press the steam blast
button (6) a few times. Steam will come out of the
soleplate nozzles (ill.

).
• Slide the function control (4) to the desired steam output. Slide right/left to
decrease/increase the steam output. Steam is kept at a constant temperature.
• After use,turn theirono, disconnectit fromthe outlet, andempty thewater
reservoir (12) ( Turningtheironoandemptyingthewaterreservoir).
CAUTION! During preheating, do not touch the soleplate (15) to feel the temperature
(ill.
