The drain pump runs
constantly, even when
the machine is
switched off.
The Aqua Control anti-flood
system has been activated.
Close the water tap, remove
the mains plug and inform
your local Service Force Cen-
tre.
Fabric softener was
not rinsed in, the æ
compartment is filled
with water.
The insert in the compart-
ment for conditioners is not
correctly attached or is
blocked.
Clean the detergent
dispenser drawer and attach
the conditioner insert cor-
rectly.
The washing is heavily
creased.
Probably too much washing
has been put in the drum.
Pay attention to the maxi-
mum load quantity (see the
Programme Tables). In the
case of easy-care fabrics, se-
lect the EASY IRON pro-
gramme.
Washing is not spun
thoroughly and water
remains visible in the
drum.
Fault code
(2 appears.
The drain hose is kinked. Remove the kink.
The maximum pump height
(outlet height 1m from the
base surface of the appli-
ance) is exceeded.
Contact your local Service
Force Centre. For pumping
heights over 1 m a conver-
sion kit is available as a spe-
cial accessory.
The drain pump is blocked.
Switch off the machine and
disconnect the mains plug.
Clean the drain pump.
For siphon attachments: the
siphon is clogged
Clean the siphon.
The door cannot be
opened when the
washing machine is
switched off.
The door is locked for safety
reasons (the DOOR indicator
is not lit).
Wait until DOOR indicator
is lit green.
The Programme Protection is
set.
Release the Programme Pro-
tection (see "Programme
Protection").
The washing machine is in
Stand-by mode.
Press the DOOR button
again.
