Select the temperature
Press this button repeatedly to increase or
decrease the temperature, if you want
your laundry to be washed at a
temperature different from the one
proposed by the washing machine.
Maximum temperatures are 90°C for
cottons, 60°C for synthetics, 40°C for
delicates, Lingerie and Jeans
programme, wool and fabrics to be
handwashed, 30°C for silk and soak
while corresponds to cold wash.
During the washing cycle the
thermometer is animated.
Select the spin speed, No spin,
Rinse Hold or Night Cycle option
Press the Spin button repeatedly to
change the spin speed, if you want your
laundry to be spun at a speed different
from the one proposed by the washing
machine.
During the spinning phase the spiral is
animated.
Maximum speeds are:
● for Cotton and Jeans: 1000 rpm (EWF
10670 W); 1200 rpm (EWF 12670 W);
● Wool and Handwash: 1000 rpm
● for Synthetics and Lingerie: 900 rpm;
● for delicate fabrics, soak and silk: 700
rpm.
No spin option eliminates all the
spin phases and increases the number
of rinses for cottons, synthetics, deli-
cates, silk, Lingerie and Jeans pro-
gramme.
Rinse Hold : by selecting this
option the water of the last rinse is not
emptied out to prevent the fabrics from
creasing. When the programme has
finished the display shows a
0.00
flashing, the (Door) icon is still
visualized, the Start/Pause light is off and
the door is locked to indicate that the
water must be emptied out.
To empty out the water:
● turn the programme selector dial to
“O”
● select the (Drain), (Spin) and
(Delicate Spin) programme
● reduce the spin speed if needed, by
means of the relevant button
● depress Start/Pause button
● at the end of the programme, the
display shows a 0.00 flashing. The
(Door) icon desappears and the door
can be opened.
Night Cycle : by selecting this
option, the machine will not drain the
water of the last rinse, so as not to
wrinkle the laundry.
As all spinning phases are suppressed,
this washing cycle is very noiseless and
it can be selectionned at night or in
times with a more economical power
rate.
On cotton, synthetic, delicate, silk and
Jeans programmes the rinses will be
performed with more water.
When the programme has finished, the
display shows a
0.00 flashing, the
(Door) icon is still visualized, the
Start/Pause light is off and the door is
locked to indicate that the water must
be emptied out.
