Troubleshooting Guide

Fixture does not power up
• No power on outlet • Repair outlet problem or use another outlet

• Dimmer not at full output • Adjust dimmer value

• Long cable / low level signal • Install an optically coupled DMX splitter right
after the fixture with the strong signal
• Too many fixtures • Install an optically coupled DMX splitter after
unit #32 or before
• Interference from AC wires • Keep DMX cables separated from power
cables or fluorescent/black lights
