Changing the selections after
programme has started
To change your settings after the program has
started, you have to switch the machine to Pause
mode first.

Evenifyouselectanewprogrambychanging
thepositionoftheProgrammeSelectionknob
while the machine is running or in Pause mode,
the programme selected first will continue. You
must cancel the current programme to change
the washing programme. See "Canceling the
programme".
Changing the auxiliary function, speed and
temperature
Dependingonthesteptheprogrammehasreached,
you can cancel or activate the auxiliary functions;
see, "Auxiliary function selection".
You can also change the speed and temperature
settings; see, "Spin speed selection" and
"Temperature selection".
Adding or taking out laundry
PressStart/Pause/Cancelbuttontoswitchthe
machinetopausemode.WaituntiltheLoadingDoor
canbeopened.

IftheLoadingDoorlightdoesnotturn
onin1-2minutes,itmeansthatthewaterlevelin
themachineisnotsuitableandlaundrycannotbe
added.Youcanresumetheprogrammebypressing
Start/Pause/Cancelbutton.OpentheLoading
Doorandaddortakeoutthelaundry.Closethe
LoadingDoor.Makechangesinauxiliaryfunctions,
temperature and speed settings if necessary. Press
Start/Pause/Cancelbuttontostartthemachine.
Canceling the programme
PressandholdStart/Pause/Cancelbuttonfor3
seconds to cancel the current programme. At the
end of this period, machine can drain the water inside
it or can take in and drain water up to 3 times to cool
down the laundry. Washing and End lights turn on.
Oncedrainingiscomplete,Start/Pause/Cancel
andWashinglightsturnoff,andLoadingDoorlight
starts flashing.
WhentheLoadingDoorisopenable,LoadingDoor
lightturnsonandremainslit.Inthiscase,youcan
select and start the new programme.
End of programme
Endlightintheprogrammefollow-upindicatorwill
light up once the programme comes to an end.
PressOn/Offbuttontoswitchoffthemachine.Take
out your laundry and close the loading door. Your
machine is ready for the next washing cycle.
5 Maintenance and cleaning
Servicelifeoftheproductextendsandfrequently
facedproblemsdecreaseifcleanedatregular
intervals.
Cleaning the detergent drawer
Clean the detergent drawer at regular intervals (every
4-5washingcycles)asshownbelowinorderto
prevent accumulation of powder detergent in time.
Press the dotted point on the siphon in the softener
compartment and pull towards you until the
compartment is removed from the machine.

Ifmorethannormalamountofwaterand
softener mixture starts to gather in the softener
compartment,thesiphonmustbecleaned.
Wash the detergent drawer and the siphon with
plentyoflukewarmwaterinawashbasin.Wear
protectiveglovesoruseanappropriatebrushto
avoid touching of the residues in the drawer with your
skinwhencleaning.Insertthedrawerbackintoits
place after cleaning and make sure that it is seated
well.
Cleaning the water intake filters
There is a filter at the end of each water intake valve
at the rear of the machine and also at the end of
each water intake hose where they are connected to
thetap.Thesefilterspreventforeignsubstancesand
dirt in the water to enter the washing machine. Filters
shouldbecleanedastheydogetdirty.
Close the taps. Remove the nuts of the water intake
hoses to access the filters on the water intake valves.
Cleanthemwithanappropriatebrush.Ifthefiltersare
toodirty,takethemoutbymeansofpliersandclean
them. Take out the filters on the flat ends of the water
intake hoses together with the gaskets and clean
thoroughly under running water. Replace the gaskets
and filters carefully in their places and tighten the
hosenutsbyhand.
Draining remaining water and
cleaning the pump filter
The filter system in your machine prevents solid items
suchasbuttons,coinsandfabricfiberscloggingthe
pump impeller during discharge of washing water.
Thus,thewaterwillbedischargedwithoutany
problemandtheservicelifeofthepumpwillextend.
Ifthemachinefailstodrainwater,thepumpfilter
isclogged.Filtermustbecleanedwheneveritis
cloggedorinevery3months.Watermustbedrained
off first to clean the pump filter.
Inaddition,priortotransportingthemachine(eg.,
when moving to another house) and in case of
freezingofthewater,watermayhavetobedrained
