The threaded inlet hose fit-
ting is leaking.
Screw the inlet hose in
firmly.
The outlet hose is leaking.
Check the outlet hose and
replace if necessary.
The drain pump cover is not
closed properly.
Close the cover properly.
Washing has been trapped in
the door.
Cancel the programme and
free the washing from the
door. Restart the programme.
The emergency emptying
hose is not closed properly or
is leaking.
Close the emergency empty-
ing hose properly (see sec-
tion “Carrying out an
emergency emptying proce-
dure”). If the emergency
emptying hose is leaking, call
Service Force.
Conditioner is not be-
ing rinsed in, and the
w compartment for
additives is full of wa-
ter.
The conditioner insert is not
correctly set into the addi-
tive compartment or is
clogged.
Clean the detergent drawer,
insert the conditioner insert
firmly.
The washing is badly
creased.
Too much washing was prob-
ably loaded.
Observe maximum load sizes
(see chapter “Consumption
values and load sizes”). Select
the EASY IRON programme
for easy-care items.
The washing has not
been spun as dry as
usual.
The washing was not able to
be distributed evenly in the
drum prior to spinning.
Always load the drum as full
as possible with a
combination of large and
small items.
The door cannot be
opened when the
washing machine is
switched on. The N
symbol is showing in
the display.
The door is looked for rea-
sons related to safety.
Wait until the O symbol
appears.
The washing machine is in
stand-by mode.
