SERVICE PROCEDURE AND ADJUSTMENTS
In order to provide maximum performance, proper operation, and insure the safety of the
operator, the oven should be serviced at least once a year by an authorized technician. If an
oven has not been in use or has been in storage for extended period, the unit should be
inspected by an authorized technician prior to reinstallation and/or operation.
WARNING: Certain procedures in this section require electrical tests or measurements
while power is applied to the unit. Exercise extreme caution at all times. If test points are
not easily accessible, disconnect power and follow Lockout/Tagout procedures, attach
test equipment and reapply power to test.
When troubleshooting, always reference the schematic and wiring diagrams to assist in isolating
the problem.
