Cleaning the Projection Lens
UnplugtheACpowercordbeforecleaning.
Gentlywipetheprojectionlenswithacleaningcloththat
containsasmallamountofnon-abrasivecameralens
cleaner,orusealenscleaningpaperorcommercially
availableairblowertocleanthelens.
Avoidusinganexcessiveamountofcleaner.Abrasive
cleaners,solvents,orotherharshchemicalsmightscratch
thesurfaceofthelens.
UnplugtheACpowercordbeforecleaning.
Gentlywipetheprojectorbodywithasoftdrycleaningcloth.
Whenthecabinetisheavilysoiled,useasmallamountof
milddetergentandfinishwithasoftdrycleaningcloth.Avoid
usinganexcessiveamountofcleaner.Abrasivecleaners,
solvents,orotherharshchemicalsmightscratchthesurface
ofthecabinet.
Whentheprojectorisnotinuse,puttheprojectorin
anappropriatecarryingcasetoprotectitfromdustand
scratches.
Maintenance and Cleaning
CAUTION
Donotuseanyflammablesolventsorairsprays
ontheprojectorandinitsvicinity.Theexplosion
orfirehazardmayoccurevenaftertheACpower
cordisunpluggedbecausethetemperatureinside
theprojectorisextremelyhighduetothelamps.In
addition,thereisariskthattheinternalpartsmay
bedamagednotonlybytheflammableairspraybut
alsobythecoldair.
Whenmovingtheprojectororwhileitisnotinuse,replace
thelenscover.
